RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Thank you for purchasing outdoor products from this website. We hope you are satisfied with every shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following policy:

1. Return Period

Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return applications after 30 days may not be accepted unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and undamaged;
The original packaging and labels are intact;
All accessories, instructions, and gifts are complete;
The product does not affect resale;
A valid order number or proof of purchase is provided.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund application.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products;
Clearance or final sale items;
Used, damaged, or altered items;
Items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons;
Gift cards and electronic download services (if applicable). 4. Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Goods

If you receive:

Damaged goods;
Defective goods;
Incorrect goods;
Missing accessories;

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide:

Order number;
Product photos;
Description of the problem;

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, replacement of accessories, or a full refund.

5. Refund Process

After the returned goods are received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the refund review result.

If the refund is approved:

Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to arrive;

PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days to arrive;
Actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of the issuing bank or payment institution.

The refund amount only includes the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs and other additional fees are generally not refundable unless there is a quality problem with the goods or an incorrect shipment.

6. Return Shipping Costs Returns due to customer reasons

Including but not limited to:

Disliking the product;
Buying the wrong product;
Selecting the wrong size;
Change of purchase decision;

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Returns Due to Our Reasons

Including but not limited to:

Damaged goods;
Incorrect shipment;
Manufacturing defect in the goods;

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Return Address

Please do not return goods without authorization.

After obtaining a Return Authorization (RMA), please send the goods to the following address:

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

8. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., color, size, or model), please contact customer service to confirm stock availability.

Exchanged items must meet the return conditions stipulated in this policy.

9. Refused Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer reasons, the following will be incurred:

Return shipping costs;
Reshipping costs;
Storage costs;

These will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
